The beds were comfortable. the staff was very attentive and extremely friendly. the location was stunning and fantastic. the staff helped us with luggage. I had a great stay at Château Des Avenières - Relais & Châteaux in Cruseilles. the beds were cozy, the staff was super friendly and attentive. the location was absolutely beautiful, and being right next to the restaurant with lovely views was a bonus.

fantastic and spacious rooms with private bathrooms and a microwave, a coffeemaker, and refrigerators. location - stunning and incredible, next to genéva and annecy, an a very nice hill between annecy and geneva, and high mountain. also, in the forest.

The room was beautiful and perfect, with great facilities including a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a satellite TV. the staff were good and fabulous, providing excellent service throughout. the location on a high mountain offers a stunning view of the valley and is close to the fields and Annecy.

The breakfast was good - a huge variety food. A vacation base for exploring Cruseilles. Placed within 60 minutes' car ride to Les Arcs. There was free Wi Fi at the hotel: )

The staff members are attentive and friendly. the beds in our junior suite are soft. the view of the mountains and lake is incredibly beautiful. the bathroom features a shower, hair dryer, and dressing gowns. the location is stunning and great. the restaurant is outstanding.

The food was amazing. the service was great. the view of the mountains and lake was absolutely breathtaking. the interiors in our suite had a very modern design. the suite had plenty of facilities like a work desk, multi-channel television, and a dining area.

Clean - spacious rooms with outstanding views of the French Alps - Monte Blanc, and Lake Annecy. The owner provides exceptional service and the property is situated in a peaceful and secluded location. It's close to the village of Cruseilles and Annecy - offering opportunities for exploration.

Reasonably spacious and absolutely perfect rooms with hypoallergenic pillows. Stunning location for our needs, close to a very nice hill between Annecy and Geneva. Situated on a high mountain, offering a superb view of the valley.

The suite we stayed in was outstanding! The size allowed us to have a very open feeling and freely move about. The kitchenette was an unexpected bonus. Superb accommodations!

Convenient location, perfect for a trip. The bed was really comfy, so we slept well. It's only 9 miles from the airport, which is really close. 🛏️

We got great value for our money at this beautiful chateau. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and the interior decor was cozy and inviting. The staff was attentive and treated us like royalty. The location was peaceful and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. A truly unforgettable experience.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if they offered a larger variety of options.

Celebrating New Year's Eve in a magnificent property with breathtaking mountain views will remain in my memories for a long time. The spacious and modern room boasted amazing views from the balcony, and had comfortable furnishing that made me feel like I was in a fairytale. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the exquisite food in their high-end restaurant was a highlight of the stay. It was a real delight to have such a rich and tasty breakfast, which was a great value considering the price.

Some aspects of the stay at the property were less enjoyable. The room was not perfectly insulated and had a draft, making it hard to have a good night sleep.

The breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and lake are just amazing. the hotel is located in a strategic place between two beautiful towns that made exploring the region easy. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful which made our stay more enjoyable. to this, the hotel has an outdoor area with a lovely swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing in the sun.

The food in the restaurant was a big disappointment. We found the dishes lacking in flavor and presentation.
